Dr. Jose Santos, OD, Owner 

Passionately serving the Tampa Bay community for over ten years, Dr. Santos was born and raised in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. He graduated from the Inter American School of Optometry in 2000. Dr. Santos has acquired vast experience in numerous surgical procedures including LASIK, cataract, glaucoma, and macular degeneration while working among ophthalmologists at St. Luke's Cataract and Laser Institute. Dr. Santos is a proud husband and father of two children.

Steven England, Optician 

Steven has been in the optical business for over 40 years and has worked alongside Dr. Santos for the past seven years. Skilled in assisting patients with frame selections, adjustments, and frame repairs, Steven is involved in every step of the eyeglass order to ensure the perfect fit, frame and function. 

Gloria Pineda, Office Manager 

Gloria has over 36 years of customer service and management expertise. Born and raised in Tampa, she is bilingual in English and Spanish. Gloria is a familiar, friendly face at Land O’Lakes Optical. She has worked with Dr. Santos for the past eight years.
